What was the highlight of Faloria Mountain Spa Resort Hotel

Excellent and Massimo is a national treasure.

The hotel, restaurant, 3/4 olympic size swimming pool, and staff (in particular Massimo at breakfast) were all amazing. The people (who always go out of their way to please) and the scenery are what keep us coming back to Italy.

The bed sheets were a bit scratch / itchy, but my wife and I find that at most hotels we stay at.

Very Good

Nice small hotel in the Cortina d’Ampezzo area. The room is of good size and comfortable. Like the pool and sauna.

Food can be improved, both breakfast in the general dining area and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Over night parking in the garage should be complimentary to the hotel guest.

Wonderful

Wonderfully luxurious. The room was big, staff were fantastic and the on site restaurant was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed retreating to Faloria following a long day hiking and exploring. The wellness facilities downstairs were fabulous.

We had some difficulty getting the temperature right in the room and the many light switches for different areas was a bit confusing.

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous hotel. The spa/pool/sauna facilities are 10/10!

This was such a beautiful hotel. The facilities are amazing. Best breakfast we had in this trip, excellent quality rooms. Friendly staff.

Location is a bit out of the city which is fine during the day with the transfer services but they finish at 8pm which makes evenings a bit harder. Seems odd to open gym only from 10am when most people like to use the gym earlier.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Faloria! Because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were given a free upgrade in our room and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! All of the staff were extremely polite and attentive. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast we had during our entire 3 week vacation and that alone would be reason to stay! The spa area was so calm and inviting and was a great way to end our long day of hiking. The free and convenient shuttle into town was an added benefit! If you are staying in the area, you MUST stay here! We can't wait to come back!!

Great check-in and breakfast, but odd sauna rules and disappointing restaurant service.

The check-in experience was great, and I was really amazed by the bottle of prosecco and the macarons the staff brought to our room just a few minutes after our arrival. I also loved the breakfast—everything was delicious, and the staff were really nice and super attentive.

The wellness area is really nice, but the mandatory swimsuit in the sauna is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I was also really disappointed by the hotel restaurant. The meals are definitely not worth the money, and while the staff was attentive, they were quite disruptive.

A beautiful hotel, one of the nicest I have ever stayed in.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with real attention to detail. I love the alpine flower theme through the hotel. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Amazing hotel with perfect service. The breakfast was wonderful, there were veggies, eggs, cheese, yogurt… Such a comfortable bed, which was important for me.

You should pay for the transfer to the slopes. But that wasn't a problem.

Wonderful facilities, excellent spa, good restaurant, spacious rooms

We loved the spa area, and the room was immaculate and spacious. Luxury bathroom with updated amenities. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Parking was sometimes difficult since the hotel was full.

Very Good

The hotel and the staff were very attentive and nice. Lovely hotel and facilities.

The restaurant wasn’t great my partners appetiser had a hair in it but nobody could understand what we were saying. We then got an explanation as to what the dish was. Main courses were order. My partners wasn’t hot and mine was completely wrong. When my correct food arrived it was good. My partners reheated food was still not hot. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were stone cold as they had bo heat lamp under them.

Exceptional property to stay in the Dolomites.

We love the hotel and the Spa. It was a wonderful experience in the Italian Dolomites. I highly recommend this property.

The only thing we will like to see on our return, is that the jacuzzi will be a little hotter. But the spa was very clean and well maintain.
